If you want to know what really matters to you, look at where you put your care.


What are you spending your time and energy caring for?


I’m not asking what you think you ought to be spending your time and energy on, but what you are actually spending it on, currently.


This is what you care about, as of now, because it’s what you are caring for.


The beauty, though, is that you can shift your priorities simply by changing your habits. And changing your habits begins with dedicating time to the things you WANT to care for.


If you want to be a person who cares about family, schedule quality time with your family into your calendar, and show up for it, every time, until it becomes a habit.


If you want to prioritize holistic wellness, designate time on your calendar for self-care, and guard it as fiercely as you would an important business meeting.


Over time, these habits will become so ingrained in your life and your schedule that you won’t have to think about them anymore. They will simply become part of who you are.


Hop on your calendar right now and schedule in at least 15 minutes of dedicated time at least 3 times a week to something you want to start prioritizing.
